The information provided is used strictly for:

Manufacturing and supplying dental appliances and prosthetics in line with the dentist’s prescription

All prescription forms, case records, and digital files are stored securely (electronically or in locked storage).

Data is retained only for the minimum period required by law and professional standards (typically 10 years). After this period, data is securely destroyed.

Information is shared only with relevant laboratory staff involved in manufacturing the appliance. Where necessary, trusted third-party suppliers (e.g., milling centres, specialist labs) may receive limited case data strictly for completing the prescription. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK.
